A website source to avoid when buying vitamins

A website source to avoid when buying vitamins online:

Really bad experience with this one, just wanted to warn people: mothernature.com ( http://www.mothernature.com
) advertises on their website that they have a phone number for any delays about shipments etc., but that phone number is only answered by generic agents who only handle new orders. In other words, if your order is lost or delayed, as mine was, you have to communicate with this company via their website only, which they fail to adequately handle.

My order was suddenly "backordered for up to 3 weeks", yet they had never emailed me letting me know that. I had to go through the runaround to find that out.

Quite the scam.
