more blood sugar questions

ok, I read pancreas panacea. Thank you for that. That link was sent to me a few months ago and I went to the adrenal fatigue forum to get feed back on cedar berries from others with hypoglycemia. Someone mentioned that cedar berries have natural insulin in them. Is this true?

Also, as far as the ingredients in the formula goes licorace crashes my blood Sugar and I read in Dr. Christopher's School of Natural Healing that one "should heal the pancrease before using Goldenseal." Based on the article Pancreas Panacea Licorace and Goldenseal are natural sources of insulin. I am concerned and I don't really understand how giving insulin to a body who is producing too much insulin will help.

I am interested in trying the formula, but I am concerned. Do you have any links to other threads of other people with severe hypoglycemia successfully using this formula?

I am thinking that I would like to order some dried cedar berries and try that first, by itself. I guess I would just experiment by starting with one and then working my way up.

As far as swishing the juice in my mouth, unfortunitely it does nothing to help maintain my blood sugar. I guess that my hypoglycemia is more advanced than those represented in the article. I have not tried the sucking on rice trick yet, but I will.

Uny, you wrote to me a few months ago and mentioned that based on my posting history and my history of allergies, it seems likely that my blood Sugar issues are liver related. That may be true but the fact that I cannot digest starches well points me back in the direction of my pancreas, and again I seem to have no issues breaking down fats.

I am certain that my pancreas needs some TLC.

Thank you again for all of your help,
Beth (and Beth's mom who is typing this.)
