I think I went through a mild heart attack

I was with family today and suddenly got a weird feeling in my heart area, and got fatigued, sweaty palms and nauseated, and shaky. At first I thought it was heartworms, so I got myself to the store and devoured a pineapple and immediately felt better while sitting, then a few bites of food and it seemed to come back but not so strongly.. I came home and took Zymex 2, felt mildly better.
I looked up possibilities in old posts, and hit leptospirosis, and Ricksettia which seemed to do it along with heart valve+branch blockage. I realize the doctrine is doing what it can and my guides are always here for support.
I think having been there for a friend needing to release emotional stuff allowed some energetic chaff to resonate with my fields on the way out of his body, and might have aggravated something.
I'm not chelating yet, the DMSA is on it's way though. I have been taking supplements like crazy for a previous copper detox last couple weeks but slowed it down a bunch waiting for chelation and the verbena tincture to finish on 9/20.
So if anyone would be so kind, I'd appreciate any insight into this instance, and what sorts of things I can be checking for dowsing. In the meantime I am making lists of pathogens and which ones relate with others, coinfections, looking at articles, making iherb order, etc. And working on communicating with guides.

Thanks so much all. I look forward to making some of that mead too :)
