Yes - I am aware that the meds I took are different to the 1st line Australian therapy.

I took it for 5 or 6 days (can't remember exactly) prior to taking the tri-therapy for the gut. I took 2000mg or 2g/day with dinner for the 5/6 days.

Yes - I took the iodoquinol alongside the furazolidone and nitazoxanide, but continued taking it for another 11 days after I had finished the 10 days of the other two meds.

Dosage was :

Furazolidone - 100mg 3 x day for 10 days
Nitazoxanide - 500mg 2 x day for 10 days
Iodoquinol - 650mg 3 x day for 21 days

I always took the meds with breakfast, lunch or dinner.
