Gold or Composite? Replacement Material Question

Which type of gold or composite. I know some golds are bad, others good. I have 12 teeth I want worked on. Some have fluoride releasing sealants others amalgam. I want to remove the sodium fluoride sealants and composites, is this possible? Do sealants need to be replaced or do they come off easily. I've heard people say avoid any metal but gold seems okay. As far as composite, I was thinking Diamondcrown or Holistore. What bonding and cement, though? Do gold fillings need bondings or cements as well? If so, what type should I go for. Also, is 650 dollars for a holistic dentist check up too expensive? Thanks Tweet
