Back in 1951 I believe was the year, I was a year old and my parents experienced great flooding in Kansas City Kansas. Salvation army came in and freely helped everybody - Red Cross came in and made people pay for their help - that's what I was told anyway by my parents. They would never donate again to Red Cross but always gave to Salvation Army - people lost so much in that flood.
