Re: this is not really socialism but elitism of the rich
if and i do say if, since it is difficult to understand
what you say, i understand you, you
equate the rich with the free market capitalism
if you tax the rich, free market capitalism then no longer
exists.
people worship something to become one with it
in some sense or other
that is the basic principle of worship
you and many others on the right
worship those with money and power
so naturally you would think that eliminating
or taxing the rich would be the end of free market capitalism,
even Buffet says the rich should pay more taxes.
even if you taxed them at 95% they would still get up
in the morning and go to work,
japanese CEOs make 500k a year, not 50 million
the engineers i worked for had IQ's of 140 ,made
only 60k and would work almost for free
taxing the rich wont bring an end to GE, or Exxon
nor would taxing the profits of the company
THERE IS NO NEED FOR A CLASS OF SUPERRICH MULTI MILLIONAIRES
WHO CAN USE THEIR WEALTH TO CONTROL THE GOVERNMENT.
NO ONE SHOULD INHERIT MORE THAN A FEW MILLION DOLLARS,
WHERE WEALTH IS HEREDITARY POWER IS HEREDITARY-LOCKE.
monopolies should be banned by the government
history has shown them to be bad
the wealthy are always in favor of their own monopolies
environmentalism has its positive and negative aspects,
saving old growth forests is positive
saving native american lands from corporate ravaging is positive
mandating inefficient solar electric power or wind generators that are govt subsidizes is BAD Government.
