I started juicing around a week and a half ago and drink around 4 pints of green-ish (kale ,escarole,endive ,chard ,carrot apple) juice a day plus 2 coffee enemas a day some.
is this too much and are there good health benefits from this .Im doing this as I want my health back and to feel good.
Im also supplementing with the Gerson meds-niacin,liver capsules etc)
