Re: Day 9 of a juice fast with horrible gas pains!!

Thank you, but with some research I think its my gallbladder. I have a constant pain between my shoulder pains, horrible sharp indigestion type pain in my stomach area and my right side under my rib cage has been hurting for days. I never thought about gallblader until last night. When I looked it up, all those symptoms point towards the gallbladder. I'm going to do the gallbladder flush tonight i guess and hope it helps. Do you have any thoughts on it? I am concerned and have tons of questions, honestly. Such as... Will being on my 10th day of a juice fast help or hinder the gallbladder flush? And should I change my juices today from the green leafy juice to grapefruit in preparation for it tonight? I'm also curious if the flush effects will be harsher since I'm on the juice fast or would it make it easier than if I had just fasted for a couple of days prior to.
