So today I ate a sweet potato ( I know they are not the same as yams, or wild yams...) for no other reason than to eat one, and it made me so sleepy and the I got the worst case of "night sweats" when I took a nap. I woke up several times during this 3 hr. nap due to the sweats but I felt surprisingly decent when I did.
So are sweet potatoes ok for hormone imbalances? I am type "o" and they say these are to be avoided..My previous posts have explained I have cysts on my ovaries...If they are a natural source of progesterone will they help, or just increase my estrogen levels which I dont want....anyone know?
