After reading their page, it sounds like the law firm that I spoke with--they are only taking cases of this who actually had the Mirena perforate or embed in their uterus. So far, I can't find anyone who is willing to take the cases of any women who have dealt with health issues even though IUD stayed in the correct place.
But, for those of you who had the Mirena embed or perforate your uterus, you should go for it! Good luck to you!
