liver flush diet? suggestions.

just curious as to what you active flusher's diets are like.. i haven't flushed in a while and i'm getting back into it, i stopped prematurely and never got around to flushing til i started feeling congested and tightness around my liver and gb area recently

i'm working on a diet that contains mod fat, mod pro, and mod carbs. since fat drains the gallbladder, i think it's definitely better to eat more of it, while doing Liver Flushes every 2 weeks so that new Gallstones won't form. i eat avocado, egg yolks, beans (natto) high in fat and whole milk for fat. i did some research and found that insulin causes a imbalance of bilesalts in the liver, so i when i eat fat i try not to eat too much carbs along with it to prevent bile salt and cholesterol imbalance. i eat enough protein to meet my daily requirements. about 60-70 grams per day. protein hampers the liver so i'm careful with that, mainly lean poultry or fish. the only bad thing i'm eating is commercial milk. i haven't had the chance to switch over to organic or goat milk, but i will make that change soon. i eat 3 complete meals a day, 5-9 servings of fruits and veggies. i eat fruits mainly as snacks in between meals so there is adequate time for bile to buildup and release. that's my diet, from what i can tell, i think it's working out pretty well for me. i have a lot of energy, a lot more than when i was on low carb or low fat diets. any suggestions to my diet?

so what are ya'll diets like?
