Day 9- Earthquake

No seriously, today I experienced my very first ever earthquake. It was weird. And my body automatically crabbed the juice I was drinking and headed for the stairwell-leaving my phone behind. So if the world was coming to an end, I guess I'd rather go with a juice in my hand rather than talking to loved ones- I must be fasting-lol.
No huge cravings today and in the evening I made a juice of heirloom tomatoes, celery, parsley and cucumber and it was SOOOO DELISH!!! guys get your hands on some heirloom tomatoes and juice that shit- It is awesome.
Today I got my first "Girl you've lost some weight" comment. That felt very good. I also got the "Your skin looks so radiant" comment so I am on the right road. As of today I have lost 8 pounds after 9 days on the juice fast. I do drybrushing in the morning and I like that ritual. Smooth move every few days to get things moving out.
