Right off the bat I get a couple things.
First is that watching a movie is a very passive activity.
Also the idea of sitting is a very stationary stance as opposed to walking or even standing.
So my assumption is that you're in a rut. These guys want you to get out of it. That they are guys indicates male energy at work.
The other thing is your willingness to be led. You follow them when they want you to leave. When you find yourself in a place were you don't want to be you complain. To which another guy responds Why didn't you say something?

Does this apply to your life right now? Are you in a situation that you don't want to be in, because you let someone else lead you there?

It could just be asking you to get up and choose your own path.
