Techniques for battling neck pain and tension headaches

Hi!

I've been fighting neck pain and tension headaches for about seven years. I have my problem more or less under control most of the time except for occasional outburst.

Over the years I've built up a nice armory of different techniques that I'm now trying to put together in a book
