Day 94 or 95. I've lost count ;+D. It's like a 2 edge sword at this point having a hard time mixing it up to not get bored but I feel a little bit of separation anxiety about going back to solids but I think it's more that intuitively I feel like my system is still detoxing abeit at this point at a very slow rate.
The main "conscious" reason I'm pushing through is because I started the iodine load and I want to allow the system to load up without any hinderances from solid food. Many who begin Iodine also supplement with magnesium and selenium as they are needed for the system to use the iodine but I am not a fan of non food isolated chemical supplememts so as of a coupla weeks back I started adding Maca along with the bee pollen and spurilina that I've been taking for a coupla weeks now. Maca contains both magnesium and selenium and today for the fist time I tried adding some coconut oil also. Juice "feasting" is not the same as juice fasting but I did straight juice fasting for 48 days before I started adding these things which I have enjoyed both from the variety and energy boost stand point.
Another new change as of yesterday is that I read that one must soak bee pollen so the system will arsorb like 90+% ob the available nutrients versus 7 to 10 % if you don't soak it. Put some in with some apple juice to soak last night and had it this morning. Well today I felt a bit more energy toward the afternoonbut at work when I usually start to wind down. Who knows what I can attribute that to if anything other than chance or if adding the coconut oil or even the iodine had anything to do with it but I will continue this new routine to see how it goes.
