succesful 1st flush!

so I am just finishing up my first liver flush.

I am thinking about 80 or so tiny to little bright green stones? and 4 almost dime sized ones. bright green all the way through.

No nausea or vomiting, although burping up the oo/gfj made me gag a bit.

Used a straw to drink everything, can't imagine trying it without.

got a low grade headache this morning at around 9 am, but ok now. Slight stiff neck from having head up on pillows, but that is the worst of it.

Feeling pretty great.

Thank you all so much for your advice/ experience. Helped me out a great deal. I was kind of concerned only bcause I don't have a gallbladder, what if .... blah blah blah, who knows. (1st timer concerns). I really appreciate the support.
