Day 7

This is day 7 of my juice fast. Its been going well. I lost a respectable amount of weight already and inches are melting. I am also feeling mentally clearer and today actually started putting my life plans on paper. I feel more powerful and confident that I can make my dreams come true and i am looking forward to seeing the true me emerging from underneath this layer of fat and dirt i have been covered in for years. I have been working throughout and yesterday and this morning i exercised for the first time since on the fast (callanetics yesterday and threadmill this morning). I am not hungry and I do not crave food and today i had my first juice only around noon. I also did a salt water flush this morning to help cleansing. it worked in like 10 minutes-wow. I am doing a weigh in and measurements this afternoon (7 day stats)- I know its gonna look good.
