2nd flush - Not sure ?

I've just finished my second flush, as with the first flush i woke up at 2am after drinking the oo/gf mixture at 10pm and felt very sick, i then have to get up to vomit! During the first flush I only vomited a little, this time it was probably most of the mixture!
However i still get stones out, i have seen about 26 so far today, all very small ones, my first flush was probably about double and the same sized ones.
I'm glad of any number of stones really :), but i am wondering if i would get more stones if i didn't keep vomiting the mixture ?
I am quite petite and wonder if the 10 flu oz is too much for me, amd maybe take less next time ?
