Last year when I was highly infected, I did not notice them in my sinuses. This year as my problem returned, I felt them in my sinus, and would get tiny white things in my tissue. It is very mild, not enough to make me think I have an army of larvae there, just a few that lost their way is how I look at it.

I have been very lucky, I feel them in my colon and intestines, but am pretty sure they (adult worms) have not migrated much beyond my abdomen. I'm sure they are in my liver, and last CT scan showed a spot on my kidney that wasn't there 8 months earlier, but never feel them in my head, arms, legs, etc.

I usually take just one stuffed capsule, and I stuff it full, beyond what you are supposed to, it almost does not close. Not sure of the mg's that would be. On occasion I take a second later in the day, but not reguarly. I do believe it is helping me not to repopulate while I am doing well killing the adults I have now. Just a feeling I have, knowing my own body.
