Last 2 flushes...Had to delibrately vomit!!

Something which I noticed in my last 2 flushes...

Towards the end of the flush (after taking my 4th ES dose), when I drank any water, seems like the water stayed in my stomach. Also, after 2 hours of my last ES dose (when we can break the fast), I felt sick in my stomach with all the water & juice I drank. As if, all the liquids could not leave my stomach.

Then, I had to induce vomiting using a small spoon. And out came all the water. After that I felt great as if I have regained all the energy.

My question: why do we feel sometimes that water is not leaving the stomach??

I hate the vomit part. But its only water. and after vomit, I feel great.
