I turned a friend on to Buteyko yesterday and she was super excited to try it, so I will be eager to see how it helps her.
Also have been meaning to share with you that I read somewhere a few weeks ago, on a Buteyko site somewhere, that a person with AF won't ever be able to fully heal with a CP lower than 20.
