seriously ill, severe weight loss, anxiety

Have friend who has multiple life threatening issues-age 47--severe malsbsorption one of them--has lost 50 pounds in less than 2 months--weighs about 90 pounds now---has malnutrition symptoms-loss of hair, bad teeth now, etc. Is on 3 anti-depressants--Trazadon, Remeron, Serequel--
has HUGE anxiety, has loss of taste and smell--insomnia, brain fog----thirst--RLS---muscle ache--- all tests have RULED OUT:
Hypo and Hyperthyroidism; Carcinoid Syndrome; Parasites;
Salt deficiency and every other thing the docs can think of-- but the only relief she has is when she gets sodium chloride IV (only IV works because of malabsorption) each week or so---but it only lasts for a couple of days and then she's back to square one-has great diet--has been vegan for long time--still eats well--it just won't stay with her---I fear she is going to die before they figure what is wrong with her. Has been in hospital several times---I don't know how to help her--we have reserached EVERY thing ==it seems to me to be Hydrachloric acid deficiency but they say it's not--she is very scared now and has high anxiety--- thank you---any help is appreciated--situation is dire--- Tweet
