Re: Lead level are so high-treatment will be painful
I also am pretty certain that I have high levels of lead in me. I realized this after buying a home water distiller and seeing large amounts of rusty metal (has to be lead) on the bottom of the distiller after running tap water through it. Like an idiot, I had been drinking that supposedly "clean" tap water for many, many years prior to getting sick.
Even though the water supply may be technically "lead-free," that doesn't mean it is necessarily lead-free by the time the water makes it to your faucet tap. I live in an old apartment building and from what I understand, the piping in the building as well as in the street outside is over 100 years old. And you know they used primarily lead back then.
Also, I had a dog up til last year who was a HUGE water drinker. He would gulp down as much water as you put in front of him. Sadly, he became very, very sick very suddenly and passed away in a matter of weeks. He was only 7 years old. Looking back in retrospect, I am almost positive that it was the toxic, lead-contaminated tap water that killed him. Needless to say I will not touch tap water anymore until it has been distilled. I won't even give it to my dog!
PS: I have read in a few places that EDTA is dangerous to take if you have any significant levels of mercury in you. Have you addressed possible mercury yet?
