Retaining


Retaining water.

I guess it is because I am not drinking sufficient and its a mechanism the body uses to maintain. But I am doing about 1 and a half hour of cardio, and still no changes.

Should I do an enema cleanse to flush all water retention ?

Or should I start drinking a lot and more in the morning just to the body realize that I am not in "dehydration-mode" , so he can start to flush like it supposed.
