Lost a stone in nine days on the Grape Cure

I am now finishing my 3rd week on the Grape Cure and hope to do 5 before I'm finished. My motivation is a good cleanse but many have done it to rid themselves of cancer. I started at 14 stone and dropped a stone in 9 days, so that's an amazing bonus don't you think? I also feel very good in myself and interestingly, there was no further weight loss; I have leveled out at 13 stone so far. It's a simple and inexpensive thing to do - just involves eating grapes and drinking water, and willpower. Oddly enough though there is a great scarcity of practical help on the internet and although I would like to tap into any sagely advice I can find, I am having to go it alone.
