I have been making some slow progress with my Buteyko practice, but it does seem to be coinciding with some other improvements. It's too hard to see just yet what's contributing to what in the things I am doing. But I have been doing Buteyko for just under 3 weeks and I notice better breathing and less sighing, a bit more energy, less aches, less mini crashes, better hypoglycemia. There have been 2 times I felt horrible and did then did a breathing session and was much better.
All this and I'm not really taking any supplements right now.
Saljoe, I can relate to some of what you went through too!
I felt so fragile at times I wondered if I would keep breathing, and would also get tired just eating.
Just realized I hadn't felt that in a month or so.
