My fav, magnesium is magnesium chloride hexacloraphan, ie saltwater acquarium additive, sun dried from the ocean.
Also same as nigara, that magnesium used to thicken tofu. Generally sold at oriental food marts. But this is the same formula as the danish study used.

Although epson salts is great, it's mostly magnesium, it just causes my bowels to get into an uproar, and I likes a shower.
I saw a study done in Denmark, some time ago, where they gave the above mix to five hundred people, they lived ten years longer than they wanted, LOL,
