Someone please advise on my possible std

So ive caught one before a few years ago with extreme burning in the end of my penis...i took Antibiotics for 3 days and it knocked it out.....Ive recently been with a couple girls whove REALLY been around the block.Ive notice kind of an itchy burning sensation but very mild but doesnt seem to go away....i dont know if i caught an std of just have a mild bladder infection or what....could i do something like a cranberry juice cleanse to get rid of it?Seems like just a bladder cleanse would get rid of the infection even if it is an std????
