Good thinking.

I use Himalayan crystal Mineral Salts in a footbath to restore mineral balance, and cure any panic.

Movement is good, too.

I do an outdoor job of work for at least an hour every day...I am also relearning to walk. It's been just two years since my stroke, and quitting 50 years of smoking.


The other day I heard that the Arctic is polluted (mercury was mentioned four times).

They also said that the polar bears are dying, and that mercury comes out of them through their fur.

Perhaps we should shave our heads every once in a while.

Someone pointed out that one of the greatest sources is the smoke that comes from crematoriums.

The Greenpeace site tells us that it only takes 1/70th of a teaspoon of mercury to so pollute a 10 hectare lake that fish in it are unfit for human consumption.

Then they sell badges that promote CFL lightbulbs, made with mercury, which escapes should the glass be broken. Our air and water don't recognize borders. And how long does this stuff last?


Why would the governments of Australia, Canada, and the United States mandate that we must use ONLY CFL lightbulbs?

Sure, it will save billions, gazillions, on power, but who will be here to profit?
