juice fasting .n bros cancer..

well I think I have finally found a way to juice fast and start on my healing path

Friday I juiced all day and had a veggie meal ,yesterday woke up with a bad sinus/teeth I dont really know what it was kind of headache

continued the juice and the superfood and started on the IF#1 and #2

I have been taking the superfood daily for over a week now and have NOT had to take any of my vitamins such as D cream and cal/mag ...u here me ? NONE !

anyways I have been juicing ,superfooding,IF#1 and 2ing all day today

I notice that when I start feeling weird as in hands get cold and /or anxiety /dizzy feeling I just go take me a tablespoon of superfood and within minutes I am fine ..

I actually took 3 doses yesterday while the last one made me a little nauseous but nothing a little crystalized ginger couldnt handle


so this make 48 hours of solid juicing and this time looks very promising ..I am aiming for 30 days or until I just cant stand it anymore and/or I am well !!!

I have been watching a lot of videos on youtube and reading a lot about it to get inspiration and motivation ..that will be my go to when I have a bad day

watching the movie sick,fat and nearly dead really helped me a lot too

there are some youtube videos of that too along with testomonies

I lucked up today on Celery ..they had it 2 bunches for a $1 and it was local farm raised and that stuff was I know over 2 feet long !!!! I loaded up with 6 bunches ,some apples ,grapes,kale,cukes, parsley ,romaine ,ginger,carrots and organic garlic

I had to cut up the Celery and wash it and lo and behold it filled up the whole side of my sink !!! I have never been a Celery fan but looks like I am gonna have to be now !
plan on doing a Liver Flush next thursday night as that will give me at least 5 days on the fast and will give me time to do some more castor oil packs to get things loosened up there ..

you see my oldest (half) brother 55yrs now has kidney and lung cancer .. he has already been through one round of chemo and the tumors GREW not shrank like they should have .. I took him a copy of the SYL dvds and ordered some more from UNY . also gave them a bottle of echinacea that I had made since both were suffering from a sinus infection at the time .

he is a stubborn hoot who has already fired several doctors ..they knew he had cancer a year ago and neglected to tell him !!!!!! he has got the paperwork now to prove it too!

he has 2 different kinds sqaumas and utheilio (dont know if I spelled either of them correctly .. he is a long time smoker but doc said the lung cancer he got is not from the smoking but the kidney cancer is ...go figure .

I have told him all I know to tell him ..I hope he watches the dvds .. they have the Hulda Clark book *The cure for all cancers * .he has been taking apricot seeds as a so called cure for cancer too ..I told em no one thing is gonna cure anything ..its a whole body cleansing and healing process that has to happen .. I dont know what his route is gonna be now .. he is supposed to go back to see cancer doctor and see what the new plan is and if he dont like it he is gonna tell em where they can go ...LOL ..I so wished he would ..

funny thing is his ex-wife just died of lung cancer a couple of months back and now he has got it too!! something sounds weird about that but there is really no way of finding out if they were exposed to something back then that could have triggered a cell changed in their body and with the typical american lifestyle they all have who knows.

I hope to be an inspiration for him somehow by following through with this fast finally

I am gonna do this thing one way or another cause my mind is made up

gonna feed the good wolf ! ;)
