disc/osteophyte complex in neck

I was an extremely active individual that recently herniaed a disc in my neck. All the doctors said the prognosis was great and that I should make a full recovery. Unfortunately, someone hit me while driving and after my last MRI I have disc/osteophyte complex that is causing mild stenosis and disc dessessitation on all cervical vertebrae. I am bummed out about this as I though that there was no cure for the osteophytes.

I have not talked to my neurologist yet but I plan on doing something about the osteophytes. I am currently taking braggs apple cider vinegar. I am taking 2 tablespoons with two cups of water in the morning. Is this too much or too little? Should I take more ACV throughout the day? I also am rubbing acv on a cotton ball and rubbing it directly on my neck at night before I go to sleep.

I also plan on buying Acid a cal. I have been reading a lot of reviews on this product and hopefully it helps. I would also like to add burdock root and hydrangea as I heard that these are good for bone spurs.Should I not mix all of these products.

One final question. I am taking a product called mummyo

I believe this product is a colloid and I remember reading that colloids should be avoided. Is this true? Also, since the product contains calcium already, should I not take this and the acid a cal?

I would really appreciate some input from you guys. Thanks
