Re: Candida "Roots" in stool?

looks just like mine although we used different strategies to get it out. I started a few antifungals and a strict diet. 5 days later without sugary food I guess my body could fight and remove candida. A whole eco system came out my bottom similar to the pics shown.

I was also too weirded out to take photos. Id go easy on the enema pressures and frequency as your gut will be very weak. A rupture needs operating on in hours. Plus It would wash away any remaining good bacteria. You need to load up on good bacteria or the bad just come back instantly and the best way to ensure implantation is via the enema. Just open the caplets and tip it in your mix. You need to evict candida and replace the empty space with a good one. I used to do air enemas when I was younger as it relieved stomach pains. I now know the oxygen was helping keep candida at bay.

Anyway Im now more clear headed than iv ever been in my life even though im recovering from major brain damage following an accident. Plus loads more energy woo :)
