the purity and source of your chlorella and spirulina is in question.
1000 mg per day doesn't really cut it either as you will need to build up to 20 grams of chlorella and 10 grams of spirulina per day.
Being sick of course is also a sign of detox but I would question your source and try a different source/brand in powder form to mix in a juice.
An organic source is infinitely better.
