I'm not sure if this is relevant but I pass it on as it might be.

I have a problem with my back, or rather my rib. It is fine most of the time, but it goes out when I get excess stress in my body; specifically my chest. I finally figured out that the tension I carry puts it out of place. The more tension, the more out of place.

I can get it treated by a chiro, so that's good. I'm lucky. But the bad part is that last year when things were tough the backpain also is chest pain (ribs wrap around), and for someone already anxious with a pounding heart left chest pain is no fun mentally. That did make it harder to tease out what was happening.

I am not officially hypoglycemic but at least partially I'm sure.
