I know but they're long gone on their trip to Sewer City at this point, haha.

If I had to provide a picture, they looked kind of like the roots you see growing out of a potato, but they were 2-3" long and although they were whitish, they had a slight gray cast to them as well (though again, that could have been due to the coffee in the enema). Guess I'll bite the proverbial bullet and take pics if/when I see any others.

Dr. Jeff, do you recommend beans/lentils on your program? I just made some homemade chili tonight and had a bowl and it doesn't seem to be bothering me, but when I did a liver flush 1.5 weeks ago and ate fruit and oatmeal for breakfast, that didn't seem to bother me either -- at least not that day. It's entirely possible it added to the overall build-up in my system, but I really felt like I needed to do a liver flush.

One more quick question: are spices (such as those in chili -- chili powder, cumin, etc) bad for people with candida/leaky gut?
