Please inform us if you have been supplementing with Hydrated Colloidal Silica AKA Cab-O-Sil and if you have had any results.

I also noticed that the ingredient that MegaHydrate claims to have is silica hydryde powder and hydogen ions, not Hydrated Colloidal Silica.

Are they the same thing?

Also , when I googled " Cab-O-Sil msds " it says that it is hazardous in case of ingestion, and that its chemical name is Silicon dioxide ( SiO2 ) which has no hydrogen in it!

Also does it need to be washed before supplementing with it?
