Grape Cure
Yesterday I got off on a tangent, over the term 'mucoid plaque'.
It bothered me because R.G. at Humaworm had said that he steers away from the use of clay, internally, because he believes it sticks to the walls of the digestive system, like grease to the insides of the plumbing, when you pour it down the drain...at least, that's the way I interpreted what I read.
Yet the post I read yesterday had more than 215,000 hits in the last nine years...and plenty of replies.
The P & B shakes suggestion is always accompanied by admonitions to drink plenty of water.
This morning I decided NOT to go the P & B shakes route. My reasoning is that, if one doesn't drink 'enough' water, might not the psyllium 'gel' the
Bentonite and water mixture, and cause it to 'stick' more firmly to the sides of the digestive organs?
Since I don't really know, and since someone I respect thought the
Bentonite might not be helpful, I made up my mind to let it go...for now.
Besides, a few years ago I had the most amazing BM of my life. I ate a full pot of light fish chowder which included a full bunch of parsley.
Watching TV, I felt the duodenum suddenly empty into the small intestine.
I had and have never felt that before or since.
Within an hour I needed the bathroom.
My entire bowel system emptied into the toilet, without stress.
The material was fully digested, and loose, but not liquid. It did not stick to the bowl. I don't know if there were any firm parts in the bottom of the bowl. I couldn't see that far.
The movement didn't smell particularly bad.
Ever since, I have a great respect for parsley...especially since someone suggested that it is a good gallstone-breaker.
I believe that it has a good effect on the liver-gallbladder area because it was an ingredient in White Tiger's preferred
Liver Flush tea. That dropped at least five stones out of my liver, once.
That was a few years ago, I have been passing these, one at a time, over the years since.
The last seems the most difficult to move. Perhaps it is large. I don't know.
Or, maybe it is chaff.
I have found myself wishing for the same kind of event once more. In fact, I have tried to duplicate it. I haven't succeeded.
For sure, that BM was the best of my life. I would think it preferrable to "mucoid plaque".
Recently I have upped my parsley consumption, again.
:D
Back to researching the grape cure...
