Plants growing out of my face

So I had a dream last night, I dreampt that I had a sore on my left side of my upper lip. I picked at the sore and it spread to about the size of a quarter and looked disgusting. I put some kind of greasy ointment on it to try to heal it. The next time I looked at it it was like dark vivid green and had spread up to under my eye to my jawline. Next time I went to the bathroom to check it it had faint outline of pink flowers growing out of the "moss." We had company coming over so I was horrified. The people coming over are people are my husbands friends. I am not a big fan of the people but they are ok. In the dream the husband was cheating on the wife and I was stressed about rather or not to tell the wife. I went back to the bathroom to look at my face and I had full blown flowers growing out of my face with the moss growing longer and bushier too. I freaked out and grabbed a petal and it came out, but also had small roots come out too. So I decided to grab all the flowers and rip them out.. they all came out with a huge root system. I waited to look in the mirror and when I did my face was like 90% healed. I woke up almost right after that. When I woke up my cheek was sore and the dream felt very real. I have no idea what this means.
