Acute Pancreatitis vs. Gallbladder attack

Hi,
How do you tell the difference between a pancreatic attack and gallbladder attack? I had both in the last couple weeks. I am trying to avoid gallbladder surgery, but the acute pancreatitis has me most worried. I don't want to go to the ER again for a gallbladder attack, but I will if it's pancreatitis. Thanks! Tweet
