No, I am not taking any supplements, just pure water. Whether or not it's safe to Water Fast for 40 days, and even beyond, depends on many factors that vary from individual to individual. It depends on your health, and whether or not you have enough fat reserves to complete a lengthy fast. Before you try to begin a fast, of any kind, please be sure to research it for yourself thoroughly. There is a plethora of information here, and at many other sites on the web on the subject. You should also never attempt a lengthy fast without doctor supervision.
