Hi Nadia; this would depend on the Iodine contents in the soil.
I would not count these in as a Iodine supplement, if you want to go natural only a good kelp would cover the minimum of needed iodine.
-but if even this is enough to help much, I doubt.
Can you get hold of some Lugols over there this is what I recommend.
