Re: Garlic in Formula 1
Greetings dussova,
I'd like to help, but I'm going to need a bit more information to do so. Your post seems confusing & full of conflicting statements - so please help me out and answer the questions in italics.
You say that you are intolerant to garlic. Then you say that you took IF#1 for three months with great results. And that you did the kidney & liver cleanses, and you did fine (there is only a VERY small amount of garlic in the Blood Detox tincture that comes with both cleanses, but the morning Liver Flush drink goes up to five raw cloves at a time).
Did you do the morning Liver Flush drink every morning? If so, how much garlic did you put in each drink? What did you experience?
Whatever you experience when you eat raw garlic, does the same thing happen when you ingest powdered garlic?
What makes you think you are intolerant to garlic?
What other food intolerances do you have? What do you experience when you eat those foods?
You say you have done many cleanses. Have you ever used IF#2? If so, for how many days did you use it? (The minimum time to use IF#2 before thinking you've done a full & thorough colon cleanse is 30 days).
Yes, if you have candida and/or parasites, ingesting garlic can cause a reaction (although it wouldn't be an immediate reaction). IF#1 is beneficial for both, but you will NEVER cure an overgrowth of candida or parasite infestation with only IF#1.
There is not NEARLY enough garlic in IF#1 to have ANY effect on platelets. There's even a scientific study that shows eating over 4 full grams of garlic daily has NO EFFECT on platelets
As you seem to know, a platelet count of 34 is VERY low. As far as what to do immediately for that, the very first thing is that you should put a castor oil pack over your spleen and sleep with it on at least 3-4 nights weekly (I'd do it every night for at least a week).
From what you've posted, it appears that using garlic in the IF#1 is not the problem. With a platelet count that low, you likely have other important issues you need to work on.
Blessings,
Uny
