Nearing day 18..PASSING STONES LIKE A CRAZY WOMAN!!

WOW! I can't believe it! I definitely know I'm passing stones now...lots of 'em! Not hundreds, but a fair amount...some the size of peas, and others the size of my pinky fingertip!

I am amazed at how much is coming out considering I have not done the liver flush.

I'm also releasing a lot of mucus in my stool.

It's all pretty painless, by the way. No cramps in my gallbladder...just occasionally feel cramps in the lower most part of my lower intestine. That just tells me that I need another flush (I have stuff in the waiting room!). Once I've released, I'm back to normal.

I guess it goes to show ya what a long fast can do. This is my first one beyond 13 days.

AMAZING!!

And I feel great too! Still no loss of energy.
