Once you iodine levels get up and you've ejected at least of the fluoride stored in your body, continued iodine ingestion will help you balance out whateve fluoride you may inadvertently come into contact with. We here in big cities will probably have a lot more problem with fluoride and bromide products than Wombat in her mountain retreat; believe me, I won't leave home without my daily dose of iodine.
