Well first thanks for the long post, you obviously put in a lot of time writing it. Unfortunately I did not ask about whether or not to take supplements and you did not address my reason for posting in the first place. I have done a huge amount of research on juice fasting or FEASTING and I have worked out a program for me and my wife. And FYI most of the supplements I'm taking are the organic whole food kind made from living foods so no they are not dead.
I of course will not stop taking the supplements, they are necessary for my particular health problems and are in accordance with the treatment plan for Pcos. It is true that you get nutrients from juices but taking these are to insure that I am getting the very specific kinds and in the proper amounts that I am missing and that I need in order to reverse my health issues so taking them is far from "ridiculous".
By the way PCOS is Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I am a female and I do not have a prostate.
If you have any suggestions for what I actually came here for that would be great.
