I actually tried the liver gallblader flush with olive oil, so it was the oil that broke the fast. Then I just started slowly with liquids and soups, but the day after I ended up eating sushi and salad. Im not sure what you mean if I was in a detox when I ended it? I only had a headache the first day or so and then felt pretty normal, cause my metabolism is really sluggish i didnt feel hungry at all(i had hypothyoid back then) I even did a bit of exercise while I was on the fast.
Its been nearly 1.5 year since and still have a bit of bloating but its the burping after every meal drink and even water that really bothers me. And the gas at night, so embarassing. I dont know if I should continue taking different probiotics? if the fast really mess up the good bacteria balance
