Very scary eye-opening reality.
When I screen for infectious elements, I always determine the immunology first and foremost.
Blastocystis and other single-celled creatures look just like our own cells, so I can see how microbiologists can miss them. But, given the symptoms, the basic etiology, and the travel history, it should have been a fairly easy diagnosis.
I think doctors are now being sucked into a blackhole of politics and fear of litigation.
The public are now more educated than ever, and I predict the medical culture will loose there legitimacy to an undercurrent of those seeking to fill the void. Shroom
