4th flush: terrible experience

Following up a successful 3rd flush as a terrible 4th flush. I took the ES at 6 and 8pm but didnt have a bowel movement until 10:30pm, very close to the time when i took my OO (Olive-Oil) mix. i felt backed up and didnt have the usual butt pee that normally follows the ES.

the next morning i took the ES at 6 and 8am and several BMs throughout the day until the evening. there wasnt many stones this time around, not like the ones i saw on my 3rd flush. and my overall well-being was not changed. in fact, i felt pretty bad after the flush, somewhat nauseated. i would have loved to do an emergency flush the following day but i was heading out of town so i just took a PB shake before i left.

some of the things that i did differently this time was the 1cup of OO (Olive-Oil) and not drinking any apple juice before the flush.

i plan on doing another flush in 2 weeks before the july 4th weekend. this time around i will be taking the rest of the chinese bitters/coptis and drinking apple juice the days prior to flushing. i dont want the same congestion that occured in the 4th flush.
