weird stomach pain and elimination question

I have been having a strange 'stitch' in my right side. It is now all over my stomach. I thought it was a muscle cramp, as it has a weird 'pins and needles' feeling.

I was able to have BMs today, but noticed (please dont read if you have weak stomach) that there is alor of mucous and stringy rope stuff that is not dark colored nor as thick as the mucoid stuff you see in the photos.

Is this normal?
